We use soy wax because its non toxic. Soy wax is natural. Unlike more commonly used paraffin wax -a byproduct of the petroleum industry, If you get headaches from burning candles - it's probably made of paraffin wax which will contain harmful toxins such as benzine -NOT GOOD ! Our soy wax comes from the hydrogenated oil of non GMO American grown soybeans. Soy is a renewable and natural source. Soy wax has a low melt point , which means a candle made with soy wax will burn for approximately 30% longer than many other types of wax. You will also notice much less soot deposit from a soy wax candle. Your soy wax candle will offer a gentle fragrance without overpowering your space.

To get the most from your candle- make sure on the first burn you allow the wax to melt entirely across the surface (this will take over an hour). This will ensure that the next time you use your candle it wont create a small hollow and tunnel down extinguishing the wick. Keep the wick fairly short- no more than 1/4 inch and remove any ash build up before every use. *Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time because this may overheat the wax and burn off the fragrance too quickly ,also the vessel may become too hot. *Always burn a candle within sight, on a heat resistant and level/stable surface and out of draughts. *Keep a lit candle away from children , pets and anything that may catch light. *PLEASE ENSURE YOU OBSERVE THE ABOVE INFORMATION DISCLAIMER ;Wolf & Woods LLC shall not be responsible for damages losses of any kind due to the use of any of our products.
